leadership vision

Leadership vision is the ability to paint a picture of the future that inspires and motivates others to take action. It should be inspiring, aspirational, and achievable. Moreover, it should capture the hearts and minds of those who hear it and motivate them to work towards a shared goal.

my story

Together with Sarah Hughes and Malte Gerold we work on Social Movements: The definition and how to engage as a institution? The movement of enlightenment and topical social movements and we looked at right wing social movements.
