As a healthcare leader, it is my responsibility to realize our vision, which is based on excellence in patient(centric) care and innovation. I lead my team through open communication, mutual respect, trust and empathy. I create a motivating and inspiring environment of empowerment, collaboration and openness to change, ensuring that the team has the skills and knowledge neccessary to achieve their full potential - and to continously improve patient care and outcomes in this dynamic landscape.
Health knows no borders - that's why I benefit from the exchange on challenges and opportunities in the health sector from many different perspectives, in order to be able to help shape tomorrow's health beyond my own horizon.
